This is an honest review of the property from a business owner. This property is advertised as a luxury property with 4.5 stars on Expedia. While I intend no ill will, unfortunately this is false advertising. While we certainly enjoyed our stay and had no problems with the staff or room, and the property itself is in a wonderful outdoor setting, the room itself was very aged and needs updating. The paint is chipped in multiple areas throughout the apartment. The tile grout is very dirty and likely hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The carpet needs cleaning or updating. The bed is very firm. This is not a bad apartment. It is just not luxury or 4.5 star.

The location is perfect — peaceful, quiet, and only a short distance from the stunning Wentworth Falls. The retreat itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We always feel so refreshed after our stay here.
