A lovely hotel with excellent, helpful pleasant staff at all levels. The Club level rooms come with access to a very pleasant Executive Club with even more helpful staff plus excellent food and beverage services. Some of the upper level rooms have glorious Harbour views.

Centrally located, and anticipated high quality hospitality team service but this didn’t feel akin to other Four Seasons stays. The property is old, interiors are tired, rooms are small and decent views minimal. Do not make this selection on the basis of other Four Seasons experiences you may have had. There are other similar starred hotels close by that offer a better stay in Sydney.

Warm Welcome to Start Our Honeymoon

The Four Seasons Sydney made the beginning of our honeymoon feel really special. Ghislaine and Lisa went out of their way to help us settle in and made sure everything felt smooth and welcoming. The service was thoughtful without being over the top, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the harbour area.

The location is perfect! Can just walk in the most significant places of interest in Sydney, if it is a problem to walk tram’s and buses’s stops are right there. Rooms a re in ideal shape: very clean, beds and pillows are comfortable , towels and bedding are еxtremely white. Staff members are friendly and thoughtfully helpful. The total atmosphere might be described as ALWAYS HOLIDAY!

Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. We will definitely be back in 2026.

It is an incredible preperty. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Food was excellent. The view from our room of the Opera House was fantastic. A lot of high end shopping is nearby, as well as every price range of dining options. However, our favorite dining experience was the hotel's restaurant.
