Room cleaners staff, very lazy. Our bed was never mafe properly. The top covervwas just thrown to make it look like the bed was mad. The covers below was not straightened nor were the pillows fluffed. Used towels were taken away and not replaced. Other than Harry, the other Reception staff seemed very impatient. Breakast, was very poorly done and invariably you had to ask for cutlery, cups. Very disappointed with the hotel
