Kids absolutely loved the room - it was spacious and clean with a cosy fireplace in the room. The only thing was that the restaurant was a bit nitpicky with making the kids pay for an 18 dollar continental breakfast when they are only 3 and 5 years but eat barely anything, even though the adults already ordered a full breakfast and the continental breakfast is meant to be complimentary.

We had such a great time in the blue mountains and staying at the mountain heritage was fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, cosy with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The restaurant at the hotel was great. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here 35 years ago and it left a great impression. It's great to see that that impression is real and not coloured by the passage of time. The staff were great and friendly; the meals were top class and the views incredible. It's now our go-to-place whenever we go again to the Blue Mountains.

An absolute gem. We only spent a night and would love to have stayed longer. Beautifully kept building and gardens. Our room was seperate from the main building with superb views. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. A delicious breakfast, also catering for my son with allergies. We will definitely be back!
