Lovely and clean bedroom. Staff were very friendly but the fridge had old food in it from a previous guest and I hated the toilet facilities, felt like I was on an aeroplane. Way way way too squishy and my husband had issues with the step up into the toilet.

Convenient location to Sydney Olympic Park. You needed to be tall to reach the heater. At 76 yrs old I did not feel safe trying to stand on a stool to reach it. After 10.00pm the staff were not available to operate the heater for me. Staff were friendly and were willing to help within their working hours

Central to everything but the noise upstairs was bad. Smoking should not be allowed at front door. The smell is disgusting like a mob of lay abouts hanging around it.
