Stayed at a cabin towards the back of the park and so I didnt hear the trains this time. I arrived after hours and in the dark and the map on how to get to my cabin was clearly marked and made it easy to find. The cabin was very roomy

Good location

Excellent location, a short walk from the railway station and from restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. The power point being behind the bed was annoying. Will return certainly

Checked in late and there were good text instructions on how to check in and where to find the keys on check in. However when I got there in the dark the reception sign wasn’t very well lit, so had to get out of my vehicle with a light to find reception. Had to fill in paperwork back in my room and return to Reception before opening hours again the next morning, however there were no pens in the room and I didn’t have one so had to go and buy one. Rooms were clean but very small and the venue is located next to a train track and the windows shook a little whenever a train went past. The curtains were coming off the tracking and they were hard to close properly/fully. So didn’t feel I had very good privacy, so turned off the lights and just had a lamp so u couldn’t see into the room through the curtain gaps. Couldn’t find the power point in the bathroom at first and then found it in the corner right next to the toilet! I am not sure if Netflix was free or not (no information about it) but it wouldn’t load, kept coming up with an error. Could have been me, but couldn’t then figure out how to view free to air tv either., so couldn’t watch tv at all.

We loved the fact that the team bent over backwards for us when we arrived early the only draw back was that some of the walls in our cabin the toilet floor was not cleaned well, but we did it and it did not detract from a wonderful experience that we had. We will absolutely stay here again it was such a joy to stay here.

Normally 10/10 The bed was tha uncomfortable that I had to sit up from 1.30 in the morning mattress dipped in middle ended up extremely sore back from it Place was dusty People smoking next to my room I could smell the smoke even with door closed Extremely noisy through the wall This was worst time yet BUT the staff are always so friendly and welcoming
