※ Attention: Please do not lock the main door’s headlock from the inside, as this will prevent access from outside with the card. Locksmith fees may apply if this happens. Additionally, avoid using the inner door lock after check-out.
※ In Australia's tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests.
※ There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood, however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
※ A security deposit of A$350 is required before your arrival.
※ Check-in details will be provided only after the security deposit has been paid.
※ Management reserves the right to request ID from all guests for security purposes prior to check-in.
※ Standard Setup: Queen bed for 2 guests.
※ Extra linen is available for A$45. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.
※ Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbors.
※ Attention: Strictly NO PARTIES. Complaints will be reported to the 24/7 on-site manager.

※ Booking Changes and Options:
The rebooking fee will be waived if you extend your check-out date, provided the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are permitted once the reservation has started.
- For changes within 7 days of check-in, no modifications are allowed.
- For changes made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a A$100 service fee will apply.
- For changes made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a A$50 service fee will apply.
- Changes made more than 30 days before check-in are free of charge.

1) Rebooking is subject to availability and a new daily rate, which may differ from the original reservation. Guests will be charged the higher of the two rates.
