Overall a great experience. The only downside was a ‘not so clean’ mug and the lady at reception upon arrival sent me to the wrong room to which I had to go back down and clarify. I may have heard incorrectly but I’m certain I didn’t.

Little National Hotel in Sydney is absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Very modern, well looked after and everything is electronic and digital, from the blinds/curtains to check-in/out. Everything smells so nice and it’s so quiet, even with away yard train station literally next door. Staff are all very lovely and keen to help you in any way they can. To be clear, the pics I’ve shared here were taken right before we checked out, not the state of the room when we arrived. The bed being right up against the window makes it look weird and small but when there it’s great with lots of space and it all flows well without missing any amenities! Gym even has a squat rack and actual weights, not just cardio equip like so many others. Rooftop bar is gorgeous with a beautiful cosy fireplace, I wish I were staying longer. I never want to stay anywhere else!

A beautiful hotel. Awesome bar. We had trouble finding the hotel but it was pouring rain. We then struggled with the lifts to get to reception. Those two things could be fixed by better signage. But our stay was fantastic and the staff were great both at reception and the bat. My partner had a mulled wine and said it was the best she had ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Very functional but the rooftop would be better as a longer hours serviced offering. Breakfast included would be great and then it could become a more social space all day, not just at night. The hotel is great as a place to stay/sleep but it didn't feel like a place you could spend time at, in the lobby or on the roof. Just a bit too functional - not enough 'vibe'. Also the car parking info wasn't clear and I had to go search for ev charging options in car parks nearby, in a rush I didn't realise their web site offer was pre-book and paid $108 overnight just to get a charge (vs your $65 offer which wasn't clear on whether there were EV chargers there - your staff didn't know either so that meant I have to do the work while driving into town). Otherwise it was great.

Hotel had us park in a garage a few blocks away which was fine. What they failed to inform us , was that the exit to the parking garage would be closed on departure day We had a morning international flight and could not get out. They should have been aware of this and notified any guests who were checking out that day. A severe oversight that cost us dearly.
