At your door step you are moments away from public transport, Oxford Street, Paddington's renowned gastronomic pubs and fine dining options to suit any foodie. Sydney Harbour, Rushcutters Bay and Centennial Park are within walking distance with Sydney City and many beaches a short distance away.

The home underwent a substantial renovation in 2015 transforming the dated 1900s Victorian Terrace into a luxurious modern home .

The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a work space for when you want to work from home.

The home has an abundance of natural light throughout the house and the natural stone floors, and natural hardwood timber floors and walls create a sense of warmth and comfort.

The home is fitted with high end appliances and comes with the air conditioning across four zones to ensure comfortable living.

The living space is fitted with a 65 inc Samsung TV and a Sonos Play Bar with Sub Woofer to make those nights in more enjoyable, Sonos speakers are also available in the main bedroom and top floor room.

The home has a full laundry including a Miele Washer and Dryer and a seperate sink and tap all nicely tucked away behind joinery in the ground floor bathroom.

Outside there is a spacious backyard with a bbq and seating to enjoy a summers afternoon meal.

Convenient Spot for a Long Weekend

Great property, we enjoyed our stay over a long weekend and found everything to be convenient. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it's about a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop and a short ride down to Circular Quay (pronounced 'key'). The house is well stocked and we very mich appreciated the Nespresso machine. Thanks again for a great stay!
