The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, hotel restaurants are well priced and close to transport. The hotel staff are excellent and made the stay for me. The hotel on the whole didn’t blow me away though, it’s nice but not for the price I paid - I caveat that by saying I was staying at Christmas and NY. This would be a great stay for the rest of the year where the price likely reflects the level of quality.

The room was small and the double beds were also small. For a double double room it was disappointing. There was hardly enough room to squeeze by the TV on the wall at the end of the beds. Pointless balcony. 2 chairs and no table. The hotel also took the money from my account 2 weeks before we got there when the terms were pay at property. Staff were excellent though. As was the hotel restaurant and cafe Roof terrace / pool area was disappointing

Flies on open food - dried scrambled egg.. attended once dutingv2 week stay although included… Had to request more thorough room cleaning. Restaurant Reception and coffee shop staff excellent. Sincecstaying 3 years ago found both dining areas had limited time availability. Quite disappointing.

Clean room, but noisy. The tiles on the floor were very hollow and loud. As a result any shoes or chairs made loud noise which seemed to echo. The room above was loud for the same reason, I don’t think it was anything excessive the other guests were doing, rather a lack of sound proofing on part of the recent renovations. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was convenient and the room service food was great!

The room is a bit dated, towel rail needs tightening, the table was not wiped on our second day of stay. Bed is very comfortable and hotel is convenient to the places I have to be during my stay. Lots of food choices on Burwood Rd which is great.
