Room was ok. Very surprised that they do not provide hand towels. I asked a staff member for a hand towel and was advised that guests are expected to use their bath towels to dry their hands.

Very comfortable for a night at Panthers Leagues Club. Only small criticism is that there is only one person on reception for a 222-room hotel which can take a while if there are a few people trying to book in or out and the receptionist is taking a phone call at the same time. The bus from Penrith station stops right outside the club although, as they run on a loop, getting back to the station isn't quite as convenient and can take longer. There is internal access between the hotel and the club - but just a tip. If you get off the bus, go straight to the club and get your daily membership. That way when you book in at the hotel, they will link your room key and you will be able to use it on the internal door into the club. I was there on a Sunday night and found the hotel quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the TV a good size with free-to-air programs (which not all hotels have nowadays).
