Great stay and close to Central Station

This hotel is very convenient for Central Station. It is in the Chinatown District so great if you like Chinese food. The rooms were comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the breakfast area is extremely dark and has loud music playing. We also thought there was an unpleasant smell of toilets in the breakfast area.

It was very nice. Room was modern, clean, and service in room very good. Breakfast was very good as well. Just didn’t eat all paid for as in of my sightseeing tours left before breakfast and my flight left at 5:00 am. Thank you.

5 min walk from Central station. Check in 3pm but room available when asking to store bags at 1pm. Staff frendly minor issue resolved quickly . Lots of choice for breakfast, didnt eat dinner in the restaurant but menu looked good. Hotel bar has nice food and reasonably priced.

Great Hotel, will stay here again next time

Cant complain about anything, check in was quick and simple, the room was in great condition and had everything I needed. Location is great for getting around, right next to the train station, and bus stops.. and Tram only a couple of mins walk away.

Fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mercure Sydney. The rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower hot and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic - pleasantly surprised to see a whole gluten free 'station'. Lots of choices for kids and adults. All round fantastic stay.

Clean room

The room was clean and perfect for us to just sleep. Staff were very helpful and polite. My only criticism would be of the lifts, which are a little on the slow side!!!
