We've stayed here 4 times when visiting Sydney because of its close proximity to the airport and value. The light rail station is 15-20 walk from the hotel and about the same to the airport (domestic). The breakfast is excellent and free airport shuttle convenient. For longer stays, we would stay closer to the city center.

Everything was fantastic. Suggestion would be don’t take names and reply with room number for breakfast, let the guest answer this question. Was made to feel uncomfortable as 1 of our breakfasts had already been charged. The hostess reply was “It’s already been used”. May I suggest in future a automated system using your card like the elevators. Other than that loved it and will stay again whenever I fly overseas. Breakfast was fantastic

My husband and I stayed in this hotel before and after our 4 week trip to Japan. The free shuttle bus to annd from the international airport was a bonus. The staff were very courteous an engaging. The hotel has a great, well-equipped gym. We will define be staying there again on our next overseas adventure.

Good start to our holiday.

The service was excellent and food well done. On some nights, dependent on weather and runway use, the airport noise was not awesome. Street noise, from 5th floor, was also quiet audible.

Our second stay here. The first time we were upgraded free of charge and it was amazing! This time we had a cheaper room… and the bed quality difference was chalk and cheese. I’ll be booking the better room or not at all from now on
