Great stay. Great value.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!
very home like and safe, cozy and comfortable place to stay. However when we arrived there their was a dirty pan in the oven and cheese crumbs on the carpet. besides that we still really enjoyed to place and our stay.

close to transport buses an L trains . when we had a problem was sorted by staff promptly..some areas weren't clean..bathroom hand basin the kitchen fan underbeds dusty these are housekeeping that needs to be addressed.
The property was light and airy and had plenty of storage space. The instructions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow. It was also easy to understand how to operate all the appliances. Access to public transport was very good with bus stops within a few metres of the property. A Coles Express was within walking distance to buy immediate supplies.
What I did not like about the property was that there was not much in the way of extra bedding and the heating was inadequate for the space it had to heat. The lounge was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the dining chairs were not much better. It was also a concern that although there were coded locks at the entrance gate and the door to the apartment building they were always open so the only security was the coded lock to the apartment itself. There were also a few noticeably unclean areas such as skirting boards, mirrors, under the sofa cushions and a few of the cups.
