An open-plan living space encloses a full kitchen with a sleek breakfast bar, overlooking a formal dining table, giving you plenty of options whether you're having a casual brunch or a celebratory dinner. The room continues into a soft seating area, which is harmoniously connected to the local scenery via floor-to-ceiling windows, framing your stunning ocean views. What's more, you can push back these windows and extend alfresco to both of your private balconies, complete with additional seating. This spot is known for whale watching, and blessed with a nearly 360-degree view, you'll have the best chance of achieving this once-in-a-lifetime sight!
The three bedrooms are individual sanctuaries of sophistication. With a wall panel of windows, you can wake up to the calming ocean views. If surfing is more your thing, drive for 5 minutes to Maroubra, a surfers' paradise! This is a golfer's paradise: three golf courses occupy the southern portion of this neighborhood. St. Michael's Golf Club, The Coast Golf Club, and New South Wales Golf Club all offer stunning views of the water while you play your round. Not to mention the delicious restaurants - particularly pizza. Nude Pizza and Site Pizza are both worth a mention - but we'll leave it to you to decide which comes out on top!
