The check in was very smooth.. Angus at the reception was very helpful. The apartment itself had all the necessities. The location was top notch. The train station was literally below the hotel with easy access from the airport and various parts of the city. However, the lobby carpet and the furniture of the apartment were showing their age and the cleanliness of certain parts of the apartment was subpar. Swimming pool might have been sufficient for an apartment complex but was definitely not one for a 5 star property.
The trip on the whole was enjoyable barring our last interaction with the lady at the reception who we requested to allow for an extra 30 mins before checking out as we had an infant with us. Not only was the request denied but the lady had a very cold attitude when I expressed my displeasure at the denial of this request and failed to even apologise. This interaction marred the lovely interaction we had with other staff members including the cleaners.
