Needs updating

Hotel needs updating, especially the bathrooms. Has an old style bathtub with leaks near the floor. carpets need replacing throughout. Breakfast was good.

You can't get much closer to the cruise terminal and the location is great: right by the harbor and near to lots of dining and shopping options. It's also right in the heart of town. The hotel itself was airy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good, though a bit pricey ($36 for the hot buffet!).

The property was older but the beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic! Lots of noise outside Saturday night that went on till part 2am. Maybe ask for a room not on the street side.

Really nicely located close to many dining places and the wharf which is super convenient. The rooms are a bit outdated and the bathrooms could be renovated and better cleaned, but overall a good experience.

Convenient, clean property in an excellent location. There are many dining and entertainment options nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool was an excellent area to unwind. Definitely recommend when staying in Sydney or in transit to catch a cruise.

Beautiful Building, but run down accomodations.

The hotel sits in a perfect location in The Rocks neighborhood, walkable to many shops and restaurants, including Sydney Harbour. However the hotel rooms themselves are completely run down. While the room seemed clean, there were countless stains throughout the carpeting and curtains, scuffs all over the walls, and the bathroom had stained and chipped tile throughout. While the historical nature of the building is an architectural wonderland, theres no excuse for such dated and dirty carpeting, drapery, and tile work.
