Breakfast was lovely but more atrention needs to be given to keeping the dining area clean at all times. Room service need a kick in the butt. Twice i had to ring down to get my room serviced, once at 5pm. Pool was chilly the whole time we were there.

Pre cruise overnight stay close to the cruise terminal. Fabulous stay in a Horizon Room with a wonderful harbour view. The Horizon Lounge breakfast options were also outstanding. Staff were very professional and friendly. Recommend highly.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! When we arrived, we were greeted by Jake at front desk and his service was 10/10 - what a legend! The rooms are MASSIVE - clean, quiet and the views are amazing. This place is great!!!….. the only reason I’m not giving it 5-stars is because: 1. They randomly called the room at 5pm to “check on our stay” and woke us up. (Literally booked the trip to get more sleep due to a crying baby back home - so they ruined the experience) 2. It was my wife’s birthday - they promised us a cake, and then delivered nothing. (I don’t care about the cake, it’s just the fact that they set and expectation and didn’t meet it). I’d definitely come back, it was awesome. But just those little things killed out experience.
