While clean and fancy ish, needs a bit of a charisma injection. A good city location, my park view room was as minimally park view as possible and questions such as “do you supply papers in the morning?”were met with wonder and then a no. Room service one night was surprisingly good but next very mediocre. Style wise nothing seems to have been revitalised since last time we stayed, well over a decade ago. Basically it’s a safe but unexciting choice in a good downtown location.

Staying here almost a week enjoying the hospitality of Sheraton. A luxurious hotel offering fine rooms and a fantastic breakfast. We were lucky to have a park view room and enjoyed a taste of the dining the hotel had to offer as part of the tour group we traveled with.
