There was hair on our bath towels even when they were freshly replaced. The shower head wasn't flexible and water going everywhere. Shower itself was very tiny and hardly any room to move. The bathtub and toilet was very old. Milk wasn't kept in the fridge. Bed or pillows weren't comfortable at all. Didn't expect it to be that poor standard for a five star hotel and for the huge amount I paid for the room.
