Definitely 5 stars for this hotel! The staff was great to deal with, even with the weirdest questions. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was such a quiet little area. Sadly the sauna was out of service when we were there. But the arcade area was plentiful! It had lots of options. And don’t get me started on the breakfast! It was great! Had lots of flavour in the sausage, the pancakes were great and the orange juice and coffee actually had flavour! If you’re staying in town and want somewhere that’s pretty central, I would definitely recommend!

There was a massive pothole in the parking lot. There was a large gap under my door and mold in the bathroom. The tub drain had no drain grate. The tap rotated 360. My room was also for disabled folks. There was no channel guide with limited channels. The sauna was closed. No one cared that there were unattended children in the pool, and the pool and the hot tub were filthy. You had to walk through the game room to get to the pool area. The highlight was the staff. Very friendly and efficient.

The room was not in great condition. The tub was very slow to drain leaving standing water in the tub after a shower for a long time. The sink in the bathroom also didn’t drain. The toilet would continue to run after it was flushed. I’d remove the back of the toilet tank to stop it from continuing to run. The carpet around the window was stained with what looked like water damage. Thinking about it now makes me question mold in that area of the room. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Front desk staff was friendly.
