Was not able to check in due to third polices that weren’t identified initially when booking. Hotel Staff made the experience even worse talking down as if I was an idiot. Will never use your site again as the hotel used it an excuse to basically ignore me.

Our first room was at the end of the hall on the main level next to the fire escape stairs room 274 i think. When i opened the door to the stairs i saw the entire staircase walls and ceiling covered in black mold. The stairs and windows were dripping wet. Crazy health hazard. We asked to be moved and the attendant at the front desk seemed very aware of the problem. The black mold spores have to be all through the hotel. The new room that we were moved to was dirty. There was hair on the shower surround and the tub drain was clogged. The kind of place where you check the mattress for bedbugs. Clean plates in the cupboard were dirty. We left with runny noses and feeling unwell after the night. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. This place feels like it is being used as a long term boarding house or something. Stay anywhere else.

Dirty stained carpet .Spider/bugs on table.Front desk/House keeping supervisor promised a partial refund we had to request through Expedia. Refund was declined by Property to Expedia.This specific property do not match upto other Travelodge properties at all as I have stayed before.Terrible customer service with smile on face.

Breakfast was awesome. The carpet in my room had a large stain. We were travelling with a dog and was worried we would be charged for this damage. We should have been told about this.

Room was okay. Just average. The hotel could do with a little renovating, especially the washroom. We did not have enough soap/shampoo in our room. Breakfast buffet options were good, plenty of gym equipment for those who need to get a workout in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
