The rooms need to be renovated. The hotel has a beautiful view but the hallway and our room had a moldy smell to it. The breakfast was good.

We loved this hotel!! The view was outstanding!!! It was my boyfriend’s birthday during our stay and the hotel staff helped me arrange balloons and chocolate strawberries for the room as a surprise! Highly recommend!

A little noisy from the train. Carpet in entire facility was dirty and needing replaced. It was old, dirty and minimally needed to be rest retched, as it had bumps in it that were trip hazards. Rest of facility was clean.

I arrived after a 4.5-hour drive from Canberra and was disappointed right from check-in. No one mentioned that I needed to swipe my room key at the top of the driveway to access the car park. I only found out when I drove down and the gate was closed, leaving me to carefully reverse back up in the dark. Clear signage or a simple heads-up at check-in would have saved a lot of stress. Our first night didn’t get much better—when I went to wash my hair, the conditioner bottle was completely empty. For the price we paid for two nights, these basic oversights were surprising. On the positive side, the location is great, but overall the experience didn’t live up to the cost.
