Very updated and clean hotel, friendly staff and helpful in explaining amenities offered. One slightly negative thing which was pricey was the valet parking which they also say it can take up to 20 mins to get the car back due to traffic. Unavoidable during certain times so it is understandable. Room service was a bit pricey as expected but was decent, expected a bit more as well. The pool areas are amazing and the location can’t be beat, views all over Would stay here again

Beautiful Property, but not comfy

It's a chic luxury hotel in a convenient central location, with a wonderous design concept. The employees are above and beyond helpful, kind, and genuine. The hospitality is truly world class. And the breakfast is everything! Avocado toast, espresso drinks, and an international variety. On the down side, the room was not very clean - small hairs and sand in the bathroom, generally dusty, handprint swipes... not the end of the world, but not world class. Another down side is the bed & pillow situation, which is hard and stiff, leaving my back and neck sore... and no, they don't bring you a softer pillow, just a somewhat smaller one.
