Tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung dieser eigenen Doppelhaushälfte. Großzügiger eigener Garten mit 2 Strandkörben, Liegen und zusätzlich eine überdachte Terasse.
Dass die Umgebung nicht ganz so perfekt ist (große Kreuzung und viel befahrene Straße in der Nähe, der Garten grenzt nach hinten an ein mehrstöckiges Wohnhaus) schmälert den Eindruck nicht, da es in dem großen, sehr gepflegten Garten dennoch schön ruhig ist. Zentrale Lage, man ist mit dem Rad schnell am Strand und in der City von Westerland. Kleiner Bäckerladen fußläufig erreichbar.
