Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die gute und ruhige Lage ist hervorzuheben. (Nähe zum Strand, Bäcker, Terrasse nach hinten und sehr schön von Hecken umgeben). Für eine 4 köpfige Familie fehlt zwar ein zweites Schlafzimmer, die Schlafcouch erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete schöne Wohnung.
