The high quality renovated apartment is on the 2nd Floor of the 6-storey apartment block. Through the main entrance you can take the elevator to the apartment. In the basement you will find the garbage collection room (with garbage chute from each floor) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with coin operated machines) for shared use. There is a parking space for bicycles in the underground garage. There is no parking space. We recommend the Brandenburg Beach, located at the Syltness Center, for a fee.   Central and extremely close to the beach, barrier-free and quiet 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, suitable for allergy sufferers, only 230 m from the Westerland spa promenade, about 150 m to the Sylter Welle.

2-room apartment:
You can reach the apartment barrier-free via the elevator, open the door and immediately experience a friendly feel-good atmosphere. The vacation can begin!The apartment is complete. renovated. You live in a living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a comfortable leather couch that can be used as a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for the 3rd and 4th Person can be used and with the built-in Orthoflex spring base ensures a comfortable feeling of sleep. There is a 55 ”monitor for comfortable TV viewing with a cozy Stressless TV armchair. If the somewhat fresh season has started, you can linger over a warm tea in front of a beautiful electric fireplace. You sleep in a comfortable box spring bed. The apartment is equipped with warm, easy-care vinyl design flooring; the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen is complete. equipped, has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you need if you want to take care of yourself. The usual things such as B. Filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes ready. The friendly, brightly tiled bathroom has a shower with a deep entry, a toilet and a comfortable washstand. A hair dryer is available. We have also integrated an infrared sauna for the cold days in the bathroom. You also do not need to go to the basement for your laundry (there are coin-operated machines). You can wash them in the apartment where the dryer is located. The apartment has 2 balconies, which can be reached from the living room and the bedroom, with east / south-east orientation. The main entrance is towards Strandstrasse, the side entrance can be reached from Bomhoffstrasse. Conveniently there is plenty of storage space for your luggage in the apartment. So you can pack something for any weather and stay as long as you want. You can store everything well and still have plenty of space to relax. A garbage collection room can be found in the basement (with garbage chutes from every floor). We also take care of our little guests. Upon request and pre-order, two toddler sets (up to 3 years) are available, each consisting of a high chair and a travel cot (without bed linen) (price per child set / stay € 15.00)
