The Hotel was excellent, everything was new. Blackout curtains would be a plus. Parking lot had trash on the ground despite have a garbage can near the door.

My wife has had her left knee and right shoulder replaced and lower back surgery and need a shower or a tub with hand bars. This room gave us that but the bed that was not much over a foot high was just plan terrible. I don't think a person in a wheelchair would be happy with it. We have slept in sleeping bags with more padding. This was terrible for a 250 lb. woman. I won't book with you again if you don't have a room with a higher bed and still have the type of bathroom we had.

Stayed one night to be close to the airport- there was a full kitchen (which I didn’t particularly NEED staying 1 night, but...), had stove, dishwasher, etc but no pots, dishes, silverware, etc it didn’t make any sense.

The property is new and our room was clean. However for the suite there were supposed to be plates & silverware for use. We had plates cups but only 1 spoon and a knife. Could use a few more items to make this usable as a kitchen suite.

Stayed in room 227 and the bathroom fan was so loud. Went down to the help desk and nobody was there. Tried to look for a customer service number and could not find one. Stayed two nights with the fan rattling in the bathroom. Even if I shut the door, it was so loud we could not sleep
