The accommodation is functional in all its parts, it is located on the second floor (accessible by stairs only) of a historic building in Ortygia. Particularly bright with natural light, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. On the lower level, there’s a large living area furnished with a sofa bed and a TV, two balconies overlooking the roofs of Ortygia, an elegant round table with 4 chairs, a large equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, espresso machine, toaster etc. and a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the balconies, which one is furnished with a table and chairs, you can enjoy the splendid panorama overlooking the characteristic roofs sipping a good local of wine in a very relaxing atmosphere.

On the upper level there is a large bedroom, with a double bed, a sliding roof window, a walk-in closet and a second and an exclusive open concept bathroom, which includes a large glass shower. From the bedroom there's an access to a small furnished terrace which allows to have an open and private corner.
