Beautiful, comfortable villa with private swimming pool to the south of Syracuse, in the heart of the area of the Plemmirio marine reserve. The property, just a few steps away from cliffs and the sea, is surrounded by a well-kept, luxuriant garden with large well-equipped terraces and a splendid swimming pool set in the rocks. The villa features a welcoming interior furnished with taste and fitted with all modern conveniences. The first floor, a little higher than the level of the garden, gives access to the main house and contains a spacious living area with a lounge, dining room and a kitchen as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor contains a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The ground floor consists of a bathroom. Whilst in the close annex there are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Perfect for that special, relaxing holiday, Villa Maddalena is also an ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches of Fontane Bianche and Cala Mosche, the evocative baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, but also Vendicari, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Boligen var super. Alt fungerte. Spesielt bassenget var kjempebra! Litt kjedelig område med få restauranter i gangavstand (må ha leiebil).

Das Haus, das Pool und der Garten sind der perfekte Ort für die Erholung. Wir waren mit drei Kleinkindern unterwegs und konnten den Tag in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Die Abwicklung mit FeWo-direkt und noch zwei weiteren nachgeschalteten Agenturen war etwas umständlich und verursachte einige Unsicherheiten beim Buchungsverlauf
