Located on spectacular land overlooking the beautiful beach of Delfini (250 meters away) with breathtaking views of the islands beyond, our quality villa overlooks the Aegean and the pristine Delfini beach below (just walk through our own garden gate along the path and you're on the beach).

Our villas are set in more than an acre of organic gardens with their own olive grove, ecological vegetable gardens with figs, oranges and lemon trees (our Greek gardener will ensure you are provided with healthy produce each week), blazes of bougainvillea and passion flower tumbling down the house exteriors. In one direction you can walk into the hills and nature reserve areas of Northern Syros with more spectacular and semi isolated beaches, and in the other direction through the valley (or along the cliffs) to the buzzing village of Kini around 1km away with its rich choice of restaurants along the sea front and its charming side streets with a mini-market and bakery.

Each villa is set in its own private gardens and has everything you need to enjoy day to day living. With Cycladic/Scandinavian styled furnishings, stunning sunsets, clean turquoise waters, and delicious Greek food in the local taverna, you will be immersed in a setting of calm and experience an atmosphere of sanctuary from the world.

This is a place for people who love nature and cats, with the lower gardens being home to the internationally famous Gods Little People cat sanctuary.

Delfini is only 12 kilometers from the main town of Hermoupoulis which is colourful and historically rich.

Suitable for up to 16 guests (villa 1 sleeps 4, villa 2 sleeps 6 and villa 3 sleeps 6). All villas contain bedrooms, bathrooms, living/kitchen/dining area, stove, fridge, washing up machine, large private gardens and balconies for al fresco dining with stunning views to the mountains and the Aegean sea. Access to laundry room and private off-street parking. Mid week cleaning incl. linen and towels.
