Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um einen Neubau in einem Quartier, in dem noch aktiv gebaut wird. Es gibt für alle Mieter/Eigentümer einen beschrankten Parkplatz, der viel zu klein für alle Parteien ist. Parken außerhalb schlecht möglich (Abschleppgefahr, Diebstahl des PKW). Wohnung war alles andere als sauber. Nur durchsichtige Gardine am Fenster (kein Sichtschutz am Abend, keine Verdunklung des Raums möglich). Küche hatte kaum Besteck und Geschirr, Kochutensilien mehr oder weniger nicht vorhanden, alles MUSSTE nochmals gespült werden (nicht sehr hygienisch!). Sehr dünne Matraze (man konnte die Federn deutlich spüren), nur eine bezogene Decke für 2 Personen. TV hatte NUR polnische Programme. Optisch war es ein schönes, kleines Apartment, im Gebrauch gibt es viel zu bemängeln (nichts Großes, aber viele Dinge die nicht sein müßten). Bei Ankunft: keine Rezeption, keine Klingel, kein Hinweis wo man den Schlüssel bekommt (nach einer Wartezeit von mehr als einer viertel Stunde kam eine junge Dame vorbei, kein deutsch, nur gebrochen englisch.) Bei Abreise: kein Hinweis im Zimmer, wie man mit dem Schlüssel zu verfahren hat - habe ihn einfach in den Briefkasten geworfen. Keine Einweisung, keine Betreuung, keine Informationen im Apartment - sehr schlechter Service (Ziel des Besitzers: mit möglicht geringen Aufwand und Geld einen möglichst großen Ertag herauszuholen - keine gute Basis für Urlauber!!!). Fazit: Für den Preis kann man buchen. Kritik s.o. Direkte Umgebeung: unattraktiv.

+++ Das Appartement liegt in einem ziemlich neuen Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es gibt genug Besteck und Geschirr und Töpfe um selber zu kochen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. +++ - - - Die gesamte Einrichtung war hier und da schon ziemlich gebraucht. Das Sofa war im ausgeklappten Zustand schon ziemlich durch. Das Bettlaken war nur ein Tuch und ist jedes mal morgens fast komplett runter gewesen, wo mir dann auch Blut(?) auf der Matratze aufgefallen ist. Die Bettdecken und Kissen hatten unter dem Bezug gelbe Flecken. Es gab 4 Kissen und 2 Decken. Leider gab es nur für 1 Decke und 2 Kissen überhaupt einen Bezug. Lichtundurchlässige Gardinen oder Rollos wären gut für Leute die nicht im hellen schlafen können. Das Spültuch habe ich unter dem Sofa gefunden. Die Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Dusche an der Stange des Duschkopfes undicht. Abends die Fenster zu öffnen ist durch sehr viele Mücken kaum machbar. Direkt gegenüber im Wohnblock sind auch wieder viele Wohnungen weswegen die Privatsphäre ohne das die Gardinen zu sind kaum gegeben. Handtücher waren auch wirklich nur Handtücher und keine Duschtücher (ziemlich klein) - - - Alles in allem war es ganz gut in der Wohnung. Mit paar Handgriffen könnte man viel mehr aus der Wohnung machen bzw wenn man auch mal was austauschen oder reparieren würden. Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten das Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer, würden eventuell nochmal wiederkommen.

In the night house is realy warm..i cant open the door because a lot of mosquitoes. Will be Nice if there is a ventilator or airco The rest is perfect Beautiful house and very clean I love it

Der findes bedre alternativer.

Overordnet set så har det ikke været pengene værd. Lejligheden er fin, dog med en del byggesjusk. Aircon virker ikke. Håndvasken er stoppet så hvis du trækker ud i wc samtidig så hæver vandstanden sig. Rengøring er ikke en del af prisen fik jeg oplyst efter dag 1.... Hvilke hoteller har ikke rengøring, efter jeg påtalte det krævede de flere penge. Hvilke hoteller har ikke rengøring. Under indtjekning var "udlejer" ikke særlig samarbejdsvillig. Da vi endelig var kommet ind fik jeg besked om at "service teamet" ville komme forbi efter 15 min. De kom aldrig. Parkering er der men de faste beboer har alle pladserne. Alt i alt så har det her intet med et hotel at være, det er ren air b&b

Good value apartment - no luxury

Very good value for the money. Ok standard, but no luxury. A little (15 min by foot) outside city center, relatively quiet location. Service is helpful, but english is somewhat limited. WiFi network and key is under the cable box. Two keys, one for the door, and one for the apartment, do not separate. No soap in bathroom. Further down the road is a gas station Shell, open 24 h for snacks and drinks. Very good apartment for the money. Basic service only. Recommended if you can travel on your own. Looks like a safe area, not beautiful but ok. Bus nearby. Tram about 10 min walk away. Tram 3 goes nearby (not outside) from central station
