O hotel é muito bom com muito conforto. Os funcionarios são muito simpaticos e disponiveis. A única e grande falha é o hotel anunciar piscina e ginasio com fotos e não haver nada disso. Fica bastante mal para o hotel e funcionarios terem que passar por isso e levarem clientes a fazerem uma escolha errada. Numa cidade como Tabuk a escolha pela piscina e preço mais elevado é determinante. Fica sensação de enganação e é muita pena pela qualidade do hotel.
