The girl that checked me in was delightful and helpful! Every other person I interacted with that were employees were not. They seemed bothered that they had to do their job. My room was dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, and the room smelled so bad! There was also a bad ant problem in the room. I told the girl at the front desk about it. She didn't offer to change my room, and didn't apologize for the issue. When I checked out I told another girl about the problem because that morning there was a trail of ants from the front door to the fridge. I also found some on the wooden luggage rack under the tv and IN MY CLOTHES AND LUGGAGE! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! Again, the girl didn't seem to care about the ants and basically blew me off. The hotel is noisy, inside and out. I will never stay here again!

We booked this hotel mainly due to EV charging is part of hotel amenities. When we arrived on Friday night, we were told the EV needed to be activated but the front desk didn’t have the key to activate except the manager. That was a ridiculous excuse. The front desk told us she would let the manger know. We even remind the front desk one more time before bed. Unfortunately, our car didn’t get charged on Friday night. On Saturday morning, there was another front desk and we told her our car needed to be charged. This time the front desk just easily took the key to activate for us. And she is not even the manager, which makes us think the activation doesn’t need the manager and all the front desk has the access to the key. That was not end of the story. We went out on Saturday and came back around 5:30pm. There was the same front desk on Friday night. We told her the car needed to be charged. She gave different excuse this time: she was not allowed to go out without manager around. Give the fact, the front desk in the morning shift just easily took the key to activate for us. The services from night time shift front desk was not acceptable. The main problem is I don’t even see any details saying the EV charging need to be activated before using from the Expedia app I used to book this hotel. If I knew the facts/excuses from night time shift front desk, I wouldn’t bother to book this hotel. I never encountered this kind of issues when booking hotels with EV charging stations.

I had no hot water for 3 of the 8 nights i was there... one day with no hot water last two hot water in day time no hot water at night so i had to go without a shower for 3 days just because i am busyand night is only time i can take shower and they had no change for laundery. So i had to go find a way to get change sobi could wash my clothes... it was great furst 4 days but once i had no hot water it went down hill from there... manager was not there and had ley to get change and wasnt there when i had issues... we stayed for 8 days so my employer spent alot of money to make sure i would have what i needed for the week but in the end i wasnt able to take a shower and all i got was i am sorry didnt try to move us of see what could be done oe even offer us a discount or an extra night... i dot think i will be stayer there anybtime soon but the staff was as nice as theybcould be without actualky doing anything to fix it or move us because the managers was never there and never tryed to talk to us.

No hot water

Stay was okay, the fire alarm went off due to something with the hot water heating system which cased the hot water heater to go out. There was no hot water the second day of my trip and I had to take a cold shower.

Power outage emergency stay

So there was a wind storm and a power outage knocked out power at home. All of the hotels where we live were sold out and we had to drive 1 hour to this one. The place was in excellent condition. Seemed brand new. The clerk was not friendly just acted like he really could care less and didn’t want to be there. The next morning when we went to shower there was Luke warm water at best which rather defeated part of the purpose of needing a warm hotel room and hot water. I told the clerk (who was the same guy the next morning) who also again seemed uninterested and all he said was yeah that was all the rooms last night. No apology, nothing. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Parking is rather tight.

Looks nice, few minor issues

The rooms were surprisingly dark- not enough lights to read or etc., and though a pretty new hotel, the fold-down bench in our handicap-accessible shower was broken and couldn’t hold up. On the plus side, very clean, pretty new, and a good price for that area.
