The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super nice. The hotel is located in a very safe area and we were able to walk around even at night. There is an Uber staging area very close so we never had to wait for an Uber.

I had an amazing time. The hotel overall just smelled good. It was beautiful inside and out. I love the bartenders they were the highlight of a few nights. The food was amazing, the art work was great. So why the 4 stars... this is what could've been better my room is in need of a renovation, bathroom shower head 2/10, carpet 2/10, plugs 2/10, A/C unit 5/10, entry door to my room was loud when opened. These are minor issues but overall great experience.

Fab art...if you got up early enough on patron floor simple style breakfast..coffee.i was late by 15 minutes..day after thanksgiving...bar in lobby was fun ..great bartender..thus late sleepin til 8am..view was great..25th floor..it is getting that "used" look in rooms but very reasonable prices!

The staff was wonderful. The location, lobby, gym, and abundance of beautiful glass artwork added so much. However, the condition of the room was not optimal. The lining of the curtains was visibly shredding and the TV in our first room did not work properly. However, once we were in a new room, we were very comfortable.
