PROS: Basic breakfast was good, but kind of limited in choices or variety. Pool was very clean and the water warm, but the hot tub/spa was closed.The gym was also limited in equipment, but only saw one other person there during the week so had it all to myself most of the time. Plenty of parking. VERY close to A TON of restaurants and a movie theater/mall, all within walking distance. Very hot water in the shower, with a really nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. CONS: The ice machine on our floor sounded very loud, like it was being used for industrial packing. Everyday I would see at least one person in the parking lot that definitely made me wary, but no one caused us any trouble. The shower pressure (on the third floor anyway) was... adequate. OVERALL: I give it 3.75/5 stars, would recommend it to anyone with families/children, and would definitely return.

The people at the front desk were all very friendly and very helpful. One, I'm sorry I didn't register her name, helped me get my boarding passes printed so I could stop freaking out. Another gave recommendations for restaurants we could walk to. They all smiled when handing us bottles of water or just wishing us a safe trip home.

There was a lot of noise, kids running upstairs in the hallways after 10 it was very hard to get some rest. There was a transient who came off the street just went into the eating area and was eating there and grab food and left. It was a little dirty outside as well . The staff was very friendly and courteous my air wasn’t working the first night .

The hotel was nice overall. Parking was easy, and we found a spot every time we left. The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed the outside pool and complimentary breakfast in the morning before check out.

The location was great, but the breakfast was a bit bland, maybe adding like gravy, biscuits and bacon and fresh fruit. I seen a person off the street just come in and get breakfast and leave I believe it was a transient, also the noise was a bit much they should really implement the no noise after 10 pm and no kids running unsupervised up and down the stairs and hallways.

Front desk staff were not very accommodating, called a week in advance to ask about a early check in they said it could be a extra $75 which I was okay with doing, however needed to call on day of, so I did they were rude so we just waited for regular check in time. Bathroom was filthy dirty shower toilet paper roll not on holder. Definitely was not impressed for the price.

Housekeeping was not done properly No towels were picked up from bathroom floor No bedsheets were made during 3 nights we stayed there Front desk didn't let us retrieve items left in room after checkout and d asked us to instead file report on chargerback.com site which was very inconvenient. Not staying here again!
