I would have given it more stars, even thoughwe had several issues from the get go, but the negative attitude of the manager of this property prompted me to give 1 star.
We got into our suite for a 3 night stay, and immediately noticed that the sheets weren't clean, as well as the comforter. We even found an eyelash extension under the comforter!! We asked them to redo the bed with new sheets, which was done, but we shouldn't even have to find dirty stuff on bed on checking in.
That night we found out that the refrigerator was making this constant knocking noise. As we'd move in late pm and their staff leave at 5 pm, I emailed them that night (never gets checked) and let them know in the morning, as we couldn't sleep because of it. I was assured it'll be handled, only to find out that nothing was done! Same conatant knocking noise. By this time the front desk said it's after 5 and nothing could be done. Thus morning (our last day), this individual at the front desk tells me the only thing he could do is to move us to another room. So instead of simply replacing this really small 10-11 cu ft fridge with a properly working one, he expects me to spent our vacation time to pack all of our luggage and belongings, take it to another room, unpack it again
