This establishment is an Airbnb/room and is not a hotel. The check in procedures were not part of the confirmation email. There can be instructions on how to operate AC, lights, etc. being posted in the room. Feeling that I should have paid a little more to check into a regular hotel

Homestay

This is a minshe. Not a hotel. Only a few rooms. Our room is compact. TV small. Bed not quite comfortable. No lift. Rooms will be cleaned at end of stay. But they do empty ur rubbish bin everyday if u let them know. About 15 to 20 min walk from train station with luggage. Some food options nearby within walking. 24 hour launderette and 7-11 nearby. But lane has limited lighting and the minshe is in essentially a residential area that is quiet at night.

電視小到不行，電視畫面是綠的，冷氣很久才涼，洗手台唯一一面鏡子，上面沒有任何電燈，無論早上還晚上，根本看不清楚鏡子，臥室電燈也沒有可以調亮一點的電燈，充電插座很少，唯一好處附近停車算方便

ホテル外観の画像が無いのでホテルなのか、違うのか分かりにくい。画像をのせるか、看板を大きくしたら良い。 フロントが無いのが予約前に分からない(分かりにくい)。 ホテル到着後にフロントが無いのを知り、それからメールでやりとりが始まるのが時間の無駄。私の場合は、3〜4回のやりとり後にドアのパスワード等が送られて来ました。最初からパスワードを送ってもらえると1時間の無駄が無くなります。 部屋は薄暗く、荷物を置くテーブルが狭い。シティビューと書いてあったが、隣の家の壁が見えるだけだった。 この条件を知って、価格に納得する人は良いが、私は積極的には利用しないです。

寒流來的夜裡熱水只出不到五分鐘就沒了⋯牆上有貼告示說要再等十分鐘才有熱水⋯超冷的⋯建議換新的熱水器或是乾脆直接請客人先洗完頭髮、出來泡杯熱咖啡喝完、再進去洗身體算了！浴室熱水不夠、真是這家店的致命傷！樓梯也太小⋯沒電梯、抬行李鐵定不建議！還好服務人員會在線上回答，房間乾淨，電視很好

離火車站較近約10分鐘的路程，從轉運站過來的話建議租機車，在新樓醫院旁的巷子，房間佈置的很雅緻，是很CP值很好的住宿地點，唯一不好的是不太能在房間內飲食，在疫情下一些店家只提供外帶或外送，不能在房間內飲食錯過了一些美食。
