Room was great. Lifeguard/attendants were very judgmental when you asked for extra towels. Suites have access to an executive lounge which is nice, but there is no ice. And no access to coffee in early hours, the lobby cafe is not open until 7am.

The hotel was perfect. They provide umbrellas when it's raining, they take your luggage when it's not check-in yet, the facilities are great, & there are many good shops around for eating with a bit of walking. They also provided complementary drinks in the hotel room & the view was great.

By far the BEST hotel in all our travels so far (including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines)! The decor was modern and eye-catching, and everything was super clean. The hotel common areas and individual rooms were very clean and modern. We really loved our room: it was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed! The bathroom was carefully cleaned by the conscientious housekeeping team it felt like I was the very first person to use it; and the bathroom included a separate shower and bath, double sinks, and a modern toilet with heated water in the bidet and heated seat. The hallways and rooms were so quiet my wife and I had a refreshing sleep every night we were there. And the refrigerator was kindly stocked with free (non-alcoholic) beverages that added a nice, welcoming touch. The restaurant (Bar 98) served delicious food and drinks (we had a Caesar’s Salad and Cheeseburger with fries on one night and hot tea with pastries on another night). The hotel was perfectly situated to access the MRT (which we used frequently) and the High Speed Rail and buses (which we didn’t use). The MRT Blue Line at Banqiao Station was great for accessing all the spots we hoped to see during our visit. It was also close to many shopping malls and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to our requests and demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and service. Thank you!!

My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to.
