Clean room and helpful staff. It is located right above Dongmen metro station and close to major attractions. Good selection of restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stat for price and location!

Amazing location nice place that does the trick! I got a larger size room since I had a lot of luggage. Not sure how the smaller ones would have been. Friendly staff too!

Convenient location. Basic hotel, not much amenities. The hotel provides one pair of slippers regardless of your length of stay. Also, only provided coffee and tea bag on the first day. After that, they do not replenish.

Convenient to explore Taipei

Great location if exploring Taipei as many things within walking distance or need fast and easy access to the metro system. Hotel is very convenient. Only one elevator so expect to wait at times.

Rooms were small but neatly laid out. Elevator was fast for the most part. Location was the best thing about the hotel. It was right on top of Dongmen station and food was great everywhere

Chaiin hotel is a nice hotel. Room size varies depending on your own needs. I like the breakfast options- food is fresh and delicious, staffs are welcoming and warm. It is located on top of a post office and MRT subway station. So I can easily take the subway to anywhere.

Huge room with a giant bed. I was given an awesome view of Dongmen Ave with a whole wall of windows facing the city from the bathroom (don't worry, they have big blackout shades). Staff spoke perfect english and everything was super easy to understand and check in/out. Awesome location just above Dongmen Station making it easy to get everywhere.

Very nice location and small little property. Breakfast is pretty good. And breakfast dinning room staff: Kevin, Winnie, and Claire are all very helpful and kind. Overall, very nice location and place to stay. Will come again. However, the location is quite busy with guests.. and the internet is quite unstable. But overall , love it.

Stayed here for twelve nights and didn’t want to leave. The location is fantastic even though it was hard to find on google maps when we got off on the metro. The kitchen staff: Kevin, Claire, Winnie, and Vicky always seemed to be cleaning and tidying the kitchen. I can’t comment on the restaurant because I never ate there. The front desk staff is helpful and kind—a special thanks to Howar and Jackie. A con is housekeeping where we found strands of hair in the bathtub when we checked in.
