A great hotel, and the staff are very friendly, we really loved our stay. The only real negative is no amenities are included in the room, it’s all paid Ala care (razor, toothbrush, etc.). But we will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing experience at Hilton Taipei Sinban! It is our fourth time in 3 years staying in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every interaction was warm and professional, which truly elevated our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The overall service was excellent, attentive, efficient, and thoughtful in every detail. We highly recommend Hilton Taipei Sinban to anyone visiting Taipei. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers, and we’ll definitely be back.
