Very clean and polished facility. Front desk staffs are very helpful and polite. Good dining experience and elderly approved. Great access to public transportation. Only a few minute to both bus and subway station. Thought the gym is relatively small but do the trick if needed. (Eliptical and treadmill but no weights, which is understandable) Overall great experience.

Great hotel with fantastic service

I chose this hotel because it included parking and its location, and was satisfied on both counts! Though it is a short walk from both MRT stops, you can easily access both the red line and the yellow line. There are a lot of dining options close by, and if you order Uber Eats, they will send it up with their robot, which my kids loved. The room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks, which are replenished every day. The service was also great and everyone. They will help you call for a taxi or reminding you to take a complimentary umbrella when it’s sprinkling. Zeny was especially friendly!

The robot is nice, but will roll into the wall if your small child gets in its path.

Overall, the hotel was great, but there were some mixed experiences with the staff. Ms. Mok at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, Max's service fell short—he wasn't very helpful when we requested a paid late check-out, and resolving the access card issue took much longer than expected. Macro was somewhat helpful, though not as proactive as Ms. Mok.

Lovely hotel and Modern Feel

We had a great experience at Parkview Taipei. The staff is very hospitable and helpful plus very attentive. Everyone at the reception desk spoke English, making it easy to check-in and ask for help.
