Welcome to charming Talking Rock nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains between Jasper and Ellijay and the third smallest town in the state of Georgia. This adorable (newly built) apartment is a perfect blend of comfort while also offering a peaceful retreat for couples with a prime location just a stone's throw from quaint, historic downtown or less than 30 minutes to the numerous wedding venues located in North Georgia.

The apartment is located over a detached garage which shares property with our private home. Guests have secure private access to the rented space. With one cozy bedroom featuring a king bed, it’s perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, convenient bidet, adding a touch of comfort to your stay, and a stackable washer/dryer.

Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, you'll appreciate lounging on the couch, reading in a side-chair or having a meal on the private back deck. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with the essentials (pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.) along with a Keurig, complimentary k-cups and sugar. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply relaxing indoors, this awesome space provides a welcoming atmosphere. Our place is designed to help you experience everything the First Mountain City and Marble Capital of Georgia has to offer.

* Self check-in. (Gate code and door code are provided before check-in)

* Check out - turn off lights and load/start dishwasher. Be sure to lock all doors and windows. No other actions are needed.

* Once inside, there are stairs to access the apartment. (Please use caution when taking the stairs.) Use the bench to store your shoes upon entry. There is also an umbrella rack for your convenience.

* Parking is provided in the driveway.

* The living room and bedroom have tv's with access to Netflix. You are welcome to sign into any of your own streaming services while staying with us. Please make sure you sign out before leaving.

* Stackable washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.
