Although in a populated area, the hotel is in a safe area. I wish I was able to stay longer to possibly enjoy breakfast, however I had a medical procedure. However, hubby wasn't pleased with eggs or turkey sausage. We would prefer to have pork sausage and not turkey sausage. There was an over abundance of oatmeal toppings. There is also waffle maker, toast, cold items like yogurts (variety), muffins, fresh fruit. Rooms were a little small compared to other places I have stayed. They were very clean. The beds are hard, they need to swap them for a hybrid firm, soft mattress. Pillows were nice and soft. Towels were nice, clean, and soft on the skin. Parking was a little cramped, but not overly hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall not a well kept hotel. Many things are in bad shape and need to be replaced. Example: in the gym, the elliptical machine was broken and made a loud thumping noise, and the gym had a terrible smell in it.

This hotel has an unbeatable location to everything you could need within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The beachfront access combined with easy access to local amenities made our stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

The staff is very nice, there is only 1 person at the lobby desk at night and we encountered an issue with the door key system and there was only 1 person to help us and all the otger guests. She did have to call maintenece which is not on site. She was very accomodationg and the maint. Person came quickly. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. Do not book that as a place for anyone to sleep.

The room was clean. We did have an issue with the toilet. But we reported it to the front desk and it was fixed in a timely manner that day. Also, the desk chair needed some repair and was fixed. We've stayed at this facility in the past and overall a good experience.

Hotel staff were helpful and had such a welcoming attitude. Room was clean and comfortable. They let us check in early as we had a funeral to get ready for, we were so thankful. And breakfast was good with many choices.

The General Manager Brian Skene was most gracious in reaching out to give a personal welcome. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was courteous at all times. No issues with parking. Very adequate. Breakfast had variety.
