Hotel room floor was dirty, bathroom shower needs replacement and bed sheets were not changed. My son found a bandaid under his covers. Absolutely a terrible experience, we were tired from driving 5 hours and had to deal with this. The front desk changed the room for us but it wasn't any better. We slept uncomfortable to say the least.

Elevator was broken during my entire stay. Only one person at the front desk necessitated a 20+ minute wait in line--though I had completed online check-in and only needed my key. The signs inside and outside the building were posted NO SMOKING! Though the parking lot, lobby, and hallways wreaked of marijuana smoke. Recreational marijuana is illegal in Florida. Trash was all over the parking lot. VERY disappointing.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Looks like they need or are in the middle of some minor reno's; for example, some baseboards coming off, ceiling plastered but not painted in some areas. Still comfortable enough.
