The location of the hotel is nice... beachfront. However, access to the beach is a little treacherous due to large rocks that you have to navigate through. This can easily be corrected by clearing a path to the beach. The service is below par. You literally need to get up and personally scout staff to order food or beverages. Once, they serve you, staff disappears and never comes back to ask if everything was ok or if you would like anything else. This place has the poterntial of becoming a fine establishment, but lacks customer service. would not recommend this place as it's currently run.

To begin, our arrival date was somehow changed, likely due to overbooking on their website. They insisted it was our mistake, even though we knew exactly when we booked. We cancelled and rebooked through Expedia after they told us over the phone that they were fully booked for our dates—yet said we could “secure a room” for an extra $50, which made no sense if no rooms were available. When we arrived, the property was clearly not full, proving they had not been truthful. Although the staff was friendly at first, they later accused us of sneaking our family into the room. They spoke about us over the phone in our faces, called us liars, and ignored the fact that there were cameras—including one directly facing our room—that could have confirmed the truth. We even arrived that night with a “uber” driver and had a full conversation with the security guard, who saw it was only the two of us, yet he still reported otherwise. Despite explaining that our families had only dropped us off and picked us up the next day to take us back to our canton, they continued insisting we were lying, even claiming our families slept in our one-bed room. Overall, the stay was fine for one night, but I would not return because of this incident. The food was mediocre, and the cocktails had almost no alcohol despite the cost. While the view is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, there are many other options nearby that are more affordable, cozier, and offer better food and drinks

They have excellent staff service, good communication from booking and upon our arrival. They can arrange airport pick up and drop-off at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean. They just need to update their towels. Breakfast is decent, needs variety of choices that are included in the package; empanada platano is the best! The area is very serene. Will highly recommend.

No hot water access to the beach rocky no place to put soap in the shower. We have to look for the girls to order drinks and food no night stand we have to put our stuff on the floor towels don’t look good. We did like the facilities.the pool doesn’t look very clean

Wins and losses.

I considered they had de ent for options. I didn’t try everything but what I tried was pretty good. My wife loved the shrimp cocktail. The he breakfast was good. Although on my last day, there wasn’t anyone available other than the construction workers building out the new room. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy a breakfast before leaving. Other than that, nice hotel. Shower was definitely great.

Amazing stay, delicious breakfast. Only thing that was out of the ordinary was when checking out all hotel staff was off and no one was there to take the room keys. Gave keys to a worker that was helping fix the hotel remodeling. We were left there alone and no breakfast which was included with room. I received an email at midnight saying to go eat at a hotel nearby and bring them the receipt for breakfast but no one was there. We opted out of that option and just left.
