The Building had very poor mobile phone reception. It was extremely difficult to use mobiile phone or access secured internet services.. Guests should be advised of this problem when reservations are being made.

Awesome stay at this hotel!

We had an awesome experience staying at the hotel. Even though we had a plumbing problem in our bathroom, this did not undermine our great experience. The hotel staff was cordial and helped with the prompt solution to the bathroom problem.

Learn the value of customer service!

Guest service/front desk gave horrible customer service from the beginning to the end. The hotel is lovely, but the one thing they are missing is good customer service! Sadly, that was our 4th visit and we decided we won’t be back. Doesn’t matter how nice the hotel is there are plenty other hotels around that have great customer service along with it. I’ll be sure to tell others to try other hotels nearby to make sure they get the full experience.

Noisy

Very noisy at night. Rooms facing pool area burdened by guests drinking and socializing late into the night. I wish there was a curfew for that outdoor space. Otherwise, mostly pleasant stay. Nice location.

Just a smile will do

We were traveling through using the airport. The drive was a little far but really wasn’t bad. Upon check in I felt as though I Was pulling a personality out of the clerk. Had I not been so personable I don’t know that she would have smiled.
