The unit was renovated in August 2023.

We put a parquet floor.We built a wall that separated the sitting area from the bedroom and added a sofa that opens into a bed. We added a TV. We painted the walls and renovated the kitchen.

Guest access
We are located behind vindi supermarket, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Near restaurants and bank. Our complex is closed and secure with security cameras. One of the cameras looks at our parking area located on Loretta Street next to the our fence.

Other things to note
You also can reach the complex from a sidewalk, located near the parking lot of the Vindi supermarket.

The complex has another entrance from Loretta Street. There you can park your car for free in a safe street next to the entrance gate.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from WAYRA Institute of Spanish. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the apartment.
