Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The front desk staff and the surf shop kid were often rude and snarky, which made it not fun. The friendliest people were the folks in the dining room. The room was OK and the pool is lovely. Other than that it’s pretty mid and we probably won’t go there again.
