Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing comfortable private retreats for up to eight guests. Every bedroom opens onto its own full bathroom, so families or groups can enjoy added privacy and convenience. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied, so you can settle in with ease.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with ample counter space, a functional layout, and all the basics you need to prepare simple meals. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a nearby dining area make it easy to share meals and reconnect over food. A dishwasher helps keep the space tidy for longer stays.
Living space & patio
The generous living area offers plenty of room for the whole group to relax together, with a TV for downtime entertainment. A small patio provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment outside the main living space.
Work & entertainment
High‑speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or study needs. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, and a washer and dryer add convenience for extended visits.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Guests have access to a community pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor grill area. These shared spaces add variety to your stay while the unit itself remains peaceful and uncluttered.
Location
Situated in Lutz, the property is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks, making it a practical home base for exploring the area.
Ideal for
Families, groups of friends, and longer stays of 28 days or more will find the space welcoming and functional. The unit is pet‑friendly, offers free on‑site parking, and features self‑check‑in via a smart lock for a smooth arrival.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
