Enjoy this beautifully updated one-bedroom guest house featuring a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a comfortable living space with a Smart TV. The private bedroom includes a king-size bed for ultimate comfort.

Important: This guest house is located directly behind the main house as a fully separate unit with its own private entrance. All outdoor amenities—including the pool, grill, fire pit, and washer/dryer—are shared spaces with guests staying in the main house. One designated driveway parking spot is included for 1 vehicle.

Centrally located minutes from Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, Ybor City, International Mall, and more. Perfect for games, concerts, and events, with the stadium just a short walk away!
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (2 Max).

-- No more than 1 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway (left side) / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Pets must be leashed outside at all times. Please pick up pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.

If we ever visit Tampa again, I will definitely want to stay here again. It's a great location, especially if you're going to a baseball or football game and didn't want to drive to the game. It was a nice walk to Raymond James Stadium. Very clean and well kept. I wouldn't change a thing. I sent a message to the host and was responded to quickly.

Could not have been more pleased! The property was exactly as described. Wonderful quiet neighborhood walking distance to the Stadium. The space was immaculately clean, and had all the essentials Including a very comfortable bed. The outdoor area was so nice- pool, hot tub (too bad it was too hot outside to want to use it!) fire pit and grill. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back when we are in the Tampa area again.

Great Location

Just as described, comfortable and shared backyard space. We were there 4 days and met some nice people. The only issue I would warn of is being covered in pet hair from the sofa so we took the blanket and covered the couch issue solved. Also beware they put a 400 hold on your listed card and I didn’t see that anywhere in the booking.

5-Star Stay – Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities, making it easy to explore the area. The home itself was very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for both of us. We especially loved that we could bring our dog along, which made the trip even better.While we didn’t use them, it was great knowing we had access to the pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly getaway!
